weekly rates - 2008

prices are for the apartment per week

march: £ 300 / 425 euros

april: £ 325 /  475 euros

may: £ 375 / 550 euros

june: £ 475 / 675 euros

july and august: £ 585 / 850 euros

september: £ 450 / 650 euros

october: £ 350 / 500 euros

november: £ 275 / 400 euros

december 2008 to february 2009: £ 225 / 325 euros

Long (or short) Winter stays are at a negotiable rate.

Between November and April there is a nominal charge of 30 euros per week for heating (but only if fires need to be used).

No supplements for under occupancy.

We offer a 5% discount on the second week rate if you book for longer than one week.

A travel cot is available, free of charge, on request.

Welcome pack of 'basics' included.

Non-smoking in bedrooms.

Cleaning and linen change weekly.

Beach / Pool towels provided (save room and weight in your luggage).

Preferred changeover days are Thursday or Saturday but there is more flexibility outside peak season. Seven nights count as one week and extra days are charged pro-rata to the weekly rate applicable for the time of year.
